Consent to personal data processing
Based on Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data

- this consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a statement in the same form in which the consent was given. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the relevant position.
- The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (c) and Article 9(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as other legal acts, in particular, as applicable, the Act of 26 June 1974 - the Labour Code together with implementing regulations or the Act of 23 April 1964 - the Civil Code together with implementing regulations, and the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and the employment of persons with disabilities together with implementing regulations.
- Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing your personal data on behalf of the Controller under a personal data processing agreement (so-called processors). Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
- Providing your personal data is necessary to conduct the recruitment process; if such data is not provided, the recruitment process cannot be carried out. To the remaining extent, your personal data may be processed on the basis of your consent or on the basis of other grounds for lawful processing indicated in Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR.

- request access to your personal data from the Controller, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, and notification of recipients of the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- object to automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling,
- data portability,
- receive a copy of the personal data being processed,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- Where the grounds set out in Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR apply, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process in question. Your personal data will also be processed, including stored, for a period of two months after the end of the recruitment process in question for the purposes of conducting other recruitment processes, provided that you give your explicit consent to this.
